Sweet South Flowers specializes in garden-style, seasonal designs and is best suited for couples who trust the design process and want a relaxed, guided experience. Each arrangement is thoughtfully designed using the freshest blooms available. Every wedding design is custom based on your vision and needs.

Floral Investment

Sweet South Flowers offers three distinct wedding floral options:

  • DIY Bulk Floral Orders — pickup only

  • Designed Personal Flowers + Bulk Buckets — pickup only. A la carte flowers are designed in Sweet South Flowers’ signature style and are not customizable down to specific flower varieties. This allows me to keep the process simple, efficient, and beautifully cohesive.

  • Full-Service Floral Design — with delivery, setup, and on-site installations beginning at $2,500+

Pickup-only options are best suited for couples and families handling setup themselves.
Any wedding requiring delivery, setup, or on-site floral installations is available only through our full-service floral design offering.

The Sweet South Flowers experience

Connection Call
Every wedding is custom planned. I begin with a complimentary 20-minute connection call to learn your vision, your priorities, and what matters most for your wedding day. Following your complimentary connection call, couples who choose to move forward will reserve their wedding with a Design & Planning Retainer, which is applied toward the final floral balance. This allows me to dedicate time to developing your custom floral design plan, complete with a personalized design presentation, curated floral selections, and detailed proposal.

Fresh, Seasonal Blooms
I work with premium flower varieties, including specialty stems from trusted growers, along with fresh blooms from my garden when the season allows.

This means you have access to lush peonies, intricate dahlias, ruffled ranunculus, and other premium flowers often seen in luxury weddings—thoughtfully selected to reflect your color palette and overall feel.

Whenever possible, I incorporate locally grown flowers, allowing for fresher, more seasonal designs with a natural, just-picked-from-the-garden feel.

Garden-inspired, handpicked designs are at the heart of every piece I create.

Why Our Flowers Feel Special

Rather than mass-produced or pre-set flower recipes, I curate particular flowers based on what you love, the season, and how your wedding will come together.

Our Wedding Flower Process

1. Let’s Talk
Fill out the inquiry form, and I'll be in touch- typically within a day or two. If your wedding date is available, we'll schedule a complimentary 20-minute Connection Call to talk about your vision, floral priorities, and determine whether Sweet South Flowers is the right fit for your celebration.

You'll receive a rough cost estimate based on the floral needs we discussed.

2. Full Design Consultation
Once you're ready to move forward, we'll schedule your Full Design Consultation.

During this 60–90 minute meeting, we'll deep dive into your wedding style, color palette, floral preferences, and all the details that make your day uniquely yours.

Following our consultation, I'll create your personalized Wedding Flower Plan, complete with a custom mood board, curated floral selections, and a detailed proposal designed specifically for your wedding. The Design & Planning fee is a nonrefundable $100 and is applied as credit to your final balance when you book with Sweet South Flowers.

3. Reserve Your Wedding

Once you've approved your Wedding Flower Design Plan, a signed Floral Agreement and a 35% booking retainer officially reserve your wedding date.

4. Final Details
About 30 days before your wedding, we'll reconnect to confirm the final details, review your timeline, and make any final additions to your floral order.

5. Your Wedding Day
Whether you're picking up your flowers or welcoming my team for full-service installation, every design is created with care and attention to detail.

My goal is simple: for you to enjoy your wedding day knowing your flowers have been thoughtfully planned, beautifully designed, and professionally executed.

FAQ

  • Yes — minimums depend on the type of floral service you’re booking.

    • DIY Bulk Floral Orders (pickup only) have a $150 minimum.

    • Designed Personal Flowers + Bulk Buckets (pickup only) do not have a minimum. Most couples spend $600–$1,500, depending on the size of the wedding party and selections.

    • Full-Service Floral Design (including delivery, setup, or on-site installations) begins at a $2,500 minimum. Most couple spend between 3k & 5k.

    Weddings requiring delivery, setup, or on-site floral installations fall under our full-service floral design offering.

  • Absolutely! I am very knowledgeable about flower varieties and what is and isn’t in season. I will work closely with you to make sure you are thrilled with the flower selection.

  • Your initial Connection Call is always complimentary. If we're a great fit, we'll schedule a Full Design Consultation where we'll create your personalized Wedding Flower Plan. The Design & Planning Fee is $100 for Pickup Weddings and $200 for Full-Service Weddings, and is credited toward your final floral balance when you book!

  • Yes! Full-Service Weddings require professional delivery and on-site installation by Sweet South Flowers. Delivery and installation are quoted based on your venue, floral order, and setup requirements. Couples who prefer to handle transportation and setup themselves may choose a Pickup Wedding Collection instead.

  • A signed floral agreement and a 35% booking retainer secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
