Floral Investment
Wedding floral investment depends on the level of service you choose.
Sweet South Flowers offers three distinct wedding floral options:
DIY Bulk Floral Orders — pickup only with a $750 minimum
Designed Personal Flowers + Bulk Buckets — pickup only. Most couples in this category spend between $600–$1,500, depending on party size and selections.
Full-Service Floral Design — with delivery, setup, and on-site installations beginning at $3,000+
Pickup-only options are best suited for couples handling setup themselves.
Any wedding requiring delivery, setup, or on-site floral installations is available only through our full-service floral design offering.

Personal Consultation
Every couple and every wedding is unique, and your flowers should feel thoughtfully designed just for you. We begin with a complimentary 20-minute call to connect and talk through your wedding plans, style, and priorities.
Following our conversation, I’ll share a starting estimate aligned with your design needs and selected collection tier. If we’re a good fit, you’ll be invited to book a full design consultation, where we’ll explore your vision in greater detail and refine the floral direction together. From there, you’ll receive a personalized floral proposal outlining the designs that will define your day.
Fresh, Seasonal Blooms
I grow many of my own specialty flowers and also source high-quality blooms from trusted growers, ensuring your arrangements are always chosen for beauty, freshness, and seasonality when possible.
I love getting design requests for bouquets “that look like they were handpicked from the garden”- they often are!
A Thoughtful Approach
Whenever possible, I use locally grown flowers to support area farmers and reduce waste, while also sourcing flowers when needed to bring your exact vision to life.

Our Wedding Flower Process
1. Let’s Talk
Fill out the inquiry form below and we’ll be in touch, typically within 24 hours. If your date is available, we can schedule your 15 minute complimentary phone call to hear more about your vision and which floral tier meets your needs best.
2. Full Design Consultation
Unless you leaving flower choice completely up to me, a 60–90 minute full design consultation is the next step in planning your specific flowers.
Full Consultations are a nonrefundable $100 and will be credited to your final invoice if you book with Sweet South Flowers.
During this session, we’ll talk details about your color palette, flower choices, and design style, and I’ll prepare a custom pdf mood board & floral proposal tailored to your day.
3. Your Proposal & Booking
Once you approve your proposal, a signed floral contract and a 25% nonrefundable booking retainer of your estimate officially reserve your day on my calendar.
4. Final Details
One to two months before your wedding, we’ll talk again to confirm details and finalize your designs, so everything is ready for your special day. Full-service weddings include a venue walk-through to ensure every detail fits your space beautifully.
5. Your Wedding Day
On the big day, my team and I deliver and install every arrangement with care, so you can simply relax and take in the flowers you’ve been dreaming of.

Yes — minimums depend on the type of floral service you’re booking.
DIY Bulk Floral Orders (pickup only) have a $750 minimum.

After our initial phone call, I offer a personalized floral consultation where we design your wedding flowers together. This thoughtful process includes creating a custom floral plan, exploring bloom options, refining your vision, and providing design guidance throughout your planning. A one-time $100 consultation fee covers all communication and design support leading up to your wedding. This fee is credited toward your final floral invoice when you book with Sweet South Flowers. Consultation fees are non-refundable if you choose not to move forward.

For brides who prefer to pick up their own bouquets or handle setup themselves, a minimum $50 coordination fee covers the time and care involved in planning, harvesting, conditioning, designing, and packaging your flowers so they’re wedding-day ready.
